If you’ve watched television or listened to the radio, you will no-doubt have heard voice-over’s being used in many of their productions. Despite being just a vocal recording, they are one the most powerful tools for getting a message across either through narration or advertising. A good voiceover production is created through the use of a good quality microphone, acoustically treated room and a voice talent which is clear and easily understood. BrightSine Audio can achieve this using in house equipment and male voice talent, with the capability of contracting external voice talents at an additional cost.
For a voiceover production we would typically receive a script from the customer along with detailed information showing a list of cues, the style and the overall pace. We would then record the voiceover following the given script. If the recording was to accompany video footage then we would preferably ask for this prior to recording to ensure that the recording compliments it appropriately.
